Cellulose Casing

Cellulose casings are designed for high speed, automated production of hot dogs, dry mini salami, cooked and coarse-ground sausages. Cellulose casings are made of regenerated cellulose and come as shirred sticks for use on automated stuffing equipment, no soaking required.
